Tasting notes :
Colour : deep, brilliant amber.
Nose : intense and complex, combining elegant notes of fleur de lys with more powerful notes of spices, dried fruit and sandalwood.
Palate : richly aromatic with a delicate rancio flavour.
Finish : very long on the palate.
Grape variety : Ugni blanc.
Ageing : in French oak barrels.
Enjoyed neat at room temperature, you will appreciate its smoothness, finesse and complexity, with a slightly spicy finish. Served chilled, Maison Brillet also likes to pair it with pear dessert.
